Officer Rhoades knew the residence to be a common nuisance for drug activity, and he could see someone sitting in the driver’s seat of a silver Kia Soul that was parked in the driveway. From a prior traffic stop, Officer Rhoades recognized this vehicle as belonging to Angelina Tulk.
