He was sentenced to 14 years in prison, with 4 of those years suspended to probation. After serving the executed portion of his sentence, Taylor began probation in February 2024. Among other conditions of his probation, Taylor was prohibited from violating the law, consuming or possessing alcohol, and using or possessing a firearm. Nine months later, Taylor was charged with three new crimes.
