Among other things, David was awarded the marital residence, which was valued at $335,900 but was subject to a $234,000 mortgage in both David’s and Kimberly’s names. The Distribution Order provided that David was to keep the residence as “his sole and separate propert[y],” pay the mortgage on it, and “hold [Kimberly] harmless thereon.” App. Vol. II, pp. 12-13.
