At approximately 4:30 p.m. on March 27, 2019, James Yaconi (“Yaconi”) was
driving his motorcycle in Indianapolis on a four-lane road. As he was driving,
Yaconi passed a rideshare driver, Julio Olivo (“Olivo”), who was driving in the
right lane of the two-lane south-bound road and whose vehicle had a taillight
out.
