On May 13, 2018, the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) received a report that Father had taken Children from Mother’s care in Florida, brought Children to Indiana, and refused to return the Children to Mother. The report also alleged Father was using methamphetamine and synthetic marijuana.
