One year later, Mother gave birth to R.W. Mother and Children were living with Children’s maternal grandmother until 2017, when Children were removed and adjudicated CHINS due to the filthy and unsafe conditions of the residence. Children were initially placed with their maternal grandfather and stepgrandmother, and Mother exercised supervised parenting time. In May of 2019, Children were placed in the home of Foster Parents.
