AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 35 and Title 48, relative to charitable organizations.

As introduced, authorizes a professional solicitor to submit notice of any changes to a solicitation campaign to the secretary of state by mail or email. - Amends TCA Title 35 and Title 48.
