AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 19, relative to auctioneers.

As introduced, decreases from 18 years of age to 16 years of age the minimum age an individual must be to apply for a license to be a bid caller auctioneer. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 19.
