AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 20, Chapter 18, relative to civil procedure.

As introduced, increases minimum time from 15 to 90 days that a court must give the general assembly to remedy any defects in a redistricting plan. - Amends TCA Title 20, Chapter 18.
