AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 54, relative to a new bridge project crossing the Mississippi River.

As introduced, requires the department of transportation to study the development of a new bridge crossing the Mississippi River and connecting to Arkansas. - Amends TCA Title 54.
