AN ACT to amend Chapter 87 of the Private Acts of 1985; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to the Charter of the City of Germantown.

Subject to local approval, makes the office of mayor a full-time position, with the salary of the office to be set by ordinance. - Amends Chapter 87 of the Private Acts of 1985.
