AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 43, Chapter 27, relative to hemp.
As introduced, authorizes local governments to create local boards for the purpose of permitting retailers of hemp-derived cannabinoid products. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 43, Chapter 27.
