AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 49, relative to recall of elected officials.

As introduced, creates a recall process for members of a municipal legislative body and of a city or county school board. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 49.
