AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41, relative to repeat offenders.

As introduced, requires a defendant to be sentenced to imprisonment for life as a repeat violent offender under certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
