AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2 and Title 49, relative to elected superintendents of schools.

As introduced, authorizes counties and cities to create by majority vote of the local legislative body the elected office of school superintendent. - Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 49.
