AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 40, Chapter 30, Part 2, relative to the post-conviction defender oversight commission.
As enacted, extends the post-conviction defender oversight commission to June 30, 2032. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 40, Chapter 30, Part 2.
