AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 64, Chapter 9, relative to naming the water treatment facility utilized by the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee.

As introduced, designates the facility providing water and wastewater services to the Megasite of West Tennessee as the "Michael Banks Water Treatment Facility." - Amends TCA Title 64, Chapter 9.
