AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 45 and Title 47, relative to the use of fake checks for advertising.

As introduced, prohibits sending by mail a fake check or an image of a fake check, for the purpose of advertising. - Amends TCA Title 45 and Title 47.
