AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, Chapter 3, Part 3, relative to convenience voting.

As enacted, authorizes Hamblen County to participate in the convenience voting center pilot project. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 3, Part 3.
