Ex. Vol. 3 at 189. DCS removed Child from Parents’ care on August 26 and placed him with Mother’s mother. Then, on August 28, DCS filed a petition alleging Child to be a Child in Need of Services (“CHINS”). On September 15, the court held a hearing on the CHINS petition.
