Tr. Vol. 3 at 249. On July 7, Dr. Mattar performed bariatric surgery on Pyles with the assistance of Dr. Scott Mimms. The operation “went well.” Tr. Vol. 4 at 14. On July 8, Pyles was still “doing well,” and there had “been no problems overnight.” Id. at 18. Pyles was “tolerating” a liquid diet, and she had “no complaints.” Id. at 19.
