During the marriage, on April 20, 2005, M.V.13 was born. Following the dissolution of the marriage, M.V.1 lived with Dues but would visit Englehardt every other weekend. In June 2020, M.V.1 reported to Dues that Englehardt had touched her inappropriately and forced her to touch him inappropriately on one occasion while she was staying at Englehardt’s house.
