── The Trustees of Purdue University v. American Home Assurance Company ── Case No.: 23A-PL-01413 Court: Indiana Court of Appeals Date: February 28, 2024 Author: Judge L. Mark Bailey County of Origin: Allen Category: Civil Decision: Affirmed Judge Crone and Judge Pyle concur 1 American Home has articulated an additional issue, that is, whether summary judgment may be sustained on the alternative basis of a policy exclusion for pollutants and contaminants, inclusive of viruses. Because of our disposition of Purdue’s issue, we need not address American Home’s additional argument. [3] Purdue is an Indiana public institution of higher education; it has three separately accredited campuses and operates two intercollegiate athletics programs.
