On November 20, 2017, Childress was charged with Robbery, as a Level 2
felony,1 and Battery, as a Level 5 felony.2 On July 26, 2018, the State added a
charge of Aggravated Battery, as a Level 3 felony.3 On the same date, Childress
pled guilty to the Level 3 felony and the other two charges were dismissed.
