The Agreement states that it is “a full, final, fair and complete settlement of the rights and obligation of the parties attendant upon the dissolution of their marriage.” (App. Vol. II, pg. 17.) According to its terms, “[n]o modification or waiver of any of the terms of this agreement shall be valid unless in writing and executed by both parties hereto.” (Id.
