Dr. Trevor Lloyd-Jones (“Trevor”) is the sole agent of several business entities:
Limited Developments LLC, Credo Investments LLC, and LJ Trust
Investments LLC. Limited Developments LLC owned a vacant parcel of land
in the Town (“Parcel 1”), and Credo Investments LLC owned a vacant parcel
of land that was partially contiguous to Parcel 1 (“Parcel 2”).

On June 15, 2021, a large mound of dirt was deposited onto Parcel 1.
