Child was born on October 6, 2020, to A.F. (“Mother”) and Father
(Collectively, “Parents”). 1 At the time of his birth, Child tested positive for
methamphetamine. The Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) got
involved, and Parents agreed to participate in an informal adjustment.
However, Parents “did not follow services” and “tested positive for illegal
substances” during that adjustment. Tr. at 79. In January 2022, Child “was
