(“Mother”) (collectively, “Parents”) have two children together: C.M., born June 4, 2020, and M.M., born September 9, 2021. 2 On November 5, 2021, the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) received a report that the Children were victims of neglect “due to unsafe home conditions, inadequate clothing and hygiene, and [a] failure to ensure medical care.” Ex. at 148. In particular, the report alleged that there was a “lice infestation in the home” and that “[s]cabs have been observed” on C.M.’s head. Id.
