DeCola listed his address as 7410 W. 250 S., North Judson, Indiana. See Appellant’s App. Vol. 2 at 45. Then, on February 16, David Pearman filed a Candidate Filing Challenge form and asserted that DeCola “does not reside in the County[.]” Id.
