Code § 35-47-5-8 (2024). Officer Yanis responded to the call and discovered a male “on the ground, not awake.” Id. The male’s pulse was “very faint,” and he had “pinpoint pupils.” Id. The officer spoke with another individual at the house in an attempt to discover the identity of the male, but the individual was only able to provide the male’s first name.
