On May 21, the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) filed a petition alleging that Child is a Child in Need of Services (“CHINS”) due to Mother’s unstable housing and involvement with another CHINS case and Father’s admission that he was unable to care for Child and the previous termination of his parental rights over another child.
