Late in the night on February 4, S.A. took Hileman’s phone from him while he was asleep. S.A. looked through Hileman’s phone and found something that “upset” her. Tr. Vol. 3 at 24. S.A. woke Hileman up and 1 Ind. Code § 35-42-2-1.3(c)(3). 2 I.C. § 35-42-2-1.3(a)(1). “confronted” him. Id. The two then had a “full [b]lown argument,” and S.A. told Hileman that he “needed to get out.” Id. at 24. The two continued to argue, and Hileman “grabbed onto” S.A.
