In June 2020, Joel Heinzelman sustained a serious injury to his leg in a boating
accident. Following his injury, Heinzelman underwent several surgeries and
therapy, and he dealt with chronic pain and sleep issues. Doctors prescribed
Heinzelman Pregabalin for nerve pain, Buspirone hydrochloride for anxiety,
Celecoxib for inflammation, and Propranolol. 2 In addition, doctors prescribed
