Deflection Supports Justice-Involved Youth

Concerning youth involvement with the justice system, and, in connection therewith, modifying the requirements for the youthful offender system, clarifying matters related to determinations of incompetency, awarding credit for confinement prior to sentencing, and establishing a grant program to provide deflection services.
