In 2016, prior to either child’s birth, Mother became involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”) after her then ten-month-old child M.M. was unresponsive and being treated in a hospital. Mother’s other child, A.R., was in the care of relatives because Mother was incarcerated on drugrelated offenses. Both M.M. and A.R. were removed and adjudicated Children in Need of Services (“CHINS”).
