Certificates of Birth - Filing - Time Period

Authorizing the parent of a child to file a certificate of birth within 10 days after the birth occurred if the parent notified the Division of Vital Records in a certain manner as soon as practicable after the birth, but not later than 5 days after the birth occurred.
