Then, on February 2, 2024, the State charged Myers with one count of child molesting, as a Level 1 felony, in cause number 53C02-2402-F1-77 (“F1-77”). He was subsequently arrested on February 21. And, on February 22, the State charged Myers with several felonies and misdemeanors in cause number 53C02-2402-F6-141 (“F6-141”).
