Ind. Code § 36‐6‐4‐2(c). At that time, she owned a house in Wabash Township on Princess Drive. About a year later, Teising briefly ran for county commissioner before withdrawing from the race and saying she was “probably going to . . . sell [her] house, resign [as trustee], and move to Florida.” Tr.
