(or the Juveniles), threw stolen fireworks into a Costco trash bin, starting a fire that resulted in property damage. The Juveniles each ultimately admitted to one delinquent act of criminal mischief while the State dismissed its allegations of theft. The State did not request probation, citing the Juveniles’ out-of-state residency and acknowledging that neither of them posed a risk of drug use.
