In 2019, the Crowes received notice that their Properties were sold in a tax sale due to the failure to pay their 2018 property taxes. The Crowes admitted they received the required constitutional and statutory notices informing them they had a right to redeem their Properties. Phyllis went to the Madison County Auditor’s Office and paid the redemption amount.
