On August 24, 2023, Mother signed an agreement authorizing the State of Indiana to establish and enforce an order of support for Child “under the provisions of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.” Appellant’s Appendix Volume II at 26. On November 12, 2023, the State, as Next Friend of Child, filed a Verified Petition for Support.
