A BILL to be entitled an Act to repeal an Act incorporating the City of Hiram, approved February 27, 1956 (Ga. L. 1956, p. 2620), as amended; to provide for transfer of duties and obligations to Paulding County; to provide for related matters; to provide for legislative findings and intent; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
