Telfair County; Board of Commissioners; repeal term limit provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act reconstituting the Board of Commissioners of Telfair County, approved June 3, 2003 (Ga. L. 2003, p. 3992), as amended, so as to repeal term limit provisions related to members of the board of commissioners; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
