State holidays; Blood Plasma Donation Awareness Day; designate

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to holidays and observances, so as to designate Blood Plasma Donation Awareness Day in Georgia; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
