In December 2023, the trial court adjudicated V.B. as a delinquent child for acts
that, if committed by an adult, would be Level 3 felony attempted robbery. 1 In
February 2024, the trial court placed V.B. on “probation with a suspended
commitment to the Indiana Department of Correction.” (App. Vol. II at 143.)
As a condition of his probation, V.B. was required to, among other things,
“obey all laws.” (Id. at 145.)
On March 28, 2025, the probation department filed a petition to modify V.B.’s
placement. It alleged V.B.
