On December 2, 2017, Giuseppe executed a General Durable Power of Attorney naming Margaret as his attorney-in-fact. 1 According to the complaint, at the time Giuseppe executed the power of attorney, “all of [Giuseppe]’s assets were owned jointly with Joseph, Linda, and Margaret, including several bank accounts.” (Appellant’s App. Vol. II at 13.) Giuseppe died on April 20, 2022.
