An act to amend Sections 110050, 110474, and 110480 of, to add Section 110471.5 to, to add Article 7.5 (commencing with Section 110959.1) to Chapter 5 of Part 5 of Division 104 of, and to repeal Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 112650) of Part 6 of Division 104 of, the Health and Safety Code, relating to food safety.
