Streets and highways: pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

An act to amend Sections 905 and 935 of the Government Code, to amend Section 21080.25 of the Public Resources Code, to add Sections 992, 993, 994, 1814, 1815, and 1816 to, and to repeal and add Part 1 (commencing with Section 11000) of Division 13 of, the Streets and Highways Code, and to add Section 22358.2 to the Vehicle Code, relating to streets and highways.
