On November 18, 2006, Joseph Ubnoski and Blossum Kirby were shot by Gray
in Indianapolis. Ubnoski died as a result of his wounds, and Kirby sustained a
gunshot wound to her thigh. The State charged Gray with two counts of
murder, one count of attempted murder, robbery, possession of a firearm by a
serious violent felon, and two counts of carrying a handgun without a license.
Gray was represented by Attorney Patrick Schrems.
