In the claim, Landlord alleged Jones and King were in breach of contract for failing to timely pay rent and sought back rent, court costs, and attorney fees. The complaint stated the monthly rent for the property was $650 and Landlord “delivered notice to vacate: October 18, 2024.” Appellant’s App. Vol. 2 at 7.
